Smartphone industry is luring. Technological advancements in the form of multimedia features and user interfaces are being commercialized to its core. HTC has a decent share and a niche market catering to the smart phone customer needs. The recent addition to its ‘HTC Sense’ family, the HTC Thunderbolt is what we are talking about.
Design – The 4.3 inch large touch screen with display of 480 x 800 pixel resolutions satisfies almost all touch screen usages. The weight of 6.23 ounces seems to be one small drawback as it might be a ‘heavy’ issue of some users.
Multimedia – HTC Thunderbolt is an ideal multimedia device. The rear and front cameras are of 8 and 1.3 megapixels respectively. The rear one comes with dual flash and auto focus as well. The 40 GB of storage capacity seems to be a ‘huge’ stuff for songs, movies and videos. The device comes with a kickstand for watching movies and videos at a comfortable angle.
Battery Life & Memory – Single charge gives a talk time of 378 minutes as per HTC and this indicates a faster drain of power on usage of applications. 8GB internal memory couples with 32GB SD card expandable memory seem to be pretty perfect for a smart phone.
Additional Features – The 2.2 Android OS, 4G technology capability and 1GHz Snapdragon processor are few of the other ‘hit point’s of HTC Thunderbolt. The ability to be used as a mobile spot for up to eight devices turns HTC Thunderbolt a superhero smart phone!
