The video cameras have been getting back from their declined sales and reduced innovation. The Photokina, one of the world famous digital photography trade fair has opened up the stage for the launch of many big shots in the industry. Two leading faces were introduced by Cisco – The Ultra HD and Mino HD camera series.
Ultra HD from Cisco comes in two types -the Ultra HD 1 hour and the Ultra HD 2 hour. The Ultra HD 1 hour has a four GB capacity that can go for a one hour long video shoot. The H.264 format and the resolution of 1280 x 720 (i.e. thirty frames per second), along with the two inch LCD screen of 320 x 240 resolution makes it pretty perfect for a portable digi cam.
The Ultra HD is powered by two AA batteries and is also having a small HDMI output. The Ultra HD is available in personalized colors as well as in colors such as white, blue and magenta. The camera is priced extremely competitive and reasonably at $149.99.
Ultra HD 2 hour can go for a 2 hour long video shoot at 8 GB storage capacity. Rest features all seem similar to that of Ultra HD I Hour. The exceptions are an exterior Micro HDMI output as well as replaceable rechargeable AAA batteries. The colors are black, white or personalized ones. The Ultra HD 2 hour is available at $199.99.
Mino HD also comes as I hour and 2 hour models. The former has 1hour shoot capacity with 4 GB, whereas the latter has 2 hour capacity with 8 GB storage. The Mino HD one hour is available at $179.99 whereas the Mino HD 2 hour is available at $229.99.
